 Product Description

This is the most amazing home made recipe. The perfect hardy meal to enjoy with you family and friends. 


  • 3 pounds of beef brisket, you can use a bigger piece but I have small family. 
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil (I use Wesson or generic Avocado oil)
  • 1-1/4 cups water
  • 1 (8 ounces) tomato sauce
  • 1 Medium size chopped onion (white or brown)
  • 3/4 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika, you can use smoked paprika if you like the taste of smokiness. 
  • 4-5 gold potatoes cut into cubes the size depends of how big or small you like them. 
  • 1-1/2 cups sliced carrots 


Begin by seasoning with Brisket front to back with salt and pepper. In a dutch oven heat veg oil and drop the brisket in and brown on both sides. Once you're done poor the rest of the ingredients in (onions, water, tomato sauce and the rest of the spices). 

Cover and roast for 3 hours at 325°. Once time is up remove the brisket from the dutch oven put on a serving dish, cover with foil paper or a pan cover for 10 minutes.
