great hat if your lucky enough to get it

After sometime and no delivery I contacted the old west gallery, and again and again and again and again and again several weeks of lies, passing the blame and pointing fingers, I was told I would receive my order and a gift for my wait. Then I received another lie to get out of providing a gift. Stating they reordered my hat so I may receive two hats, followed by shipping confirmation on my original order. More blowing smoke I expected more honesty, but very nice hat once I received it!!
