Store Policies
PROCESSING ORDERS: Allow 3-4 day to process all order.
RUSH ORDERS: We will make every effort to get the order out the same day, however it is not always possible due to our sale volume. call us for detail on specail orders.
BACKORDERS: From time to time items are out of stock, we will notify you within 48 hours if such is the case and give you the opportunity to make changes as needed.

Order Policies: Allow 3-4 days to process all orders standard delivery orders plus shipping times. Allow 1-2 days on all rush orders. Some Extra Large sizes :(48 and above may require special order and could take up to 10 additional days) Know what you want before you buy! Know Your Size, We Exchange FOR size AND COLORS or a different item of your choice or equal value. You pay the shipping fee back to us we pay the return to you at our expense. We warrantee all good 100% Sound upon Delivery. Exchanges for colors OK. Replacement for same item, exhanges are voided if worn, dirty or cleaned. We make every effort to accommodate your needs, On Rush orders, we do not guarantee a specific delivery date or time of day, REGARDLESS OF UPS OR FEDEX GUARANTEES. Clothing Policies: . Buyers agree to allow the Old West Gallery to send them an email notifiy them of all specails exclusive to existing buyer only from time to time. No refunds on clothing or special order items.
