All Returns must be returned within 14 days of delivery, and we will absolutly not accept any return without an RMA#. All returns "MUST BE IN RE-SALE-ABLE CONDITION" OR THE RETURN WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU. DO NOT STUFF IN A BAG OR SMALL BOX, RETURN ITEM(S)IN THE SAME BOX SHIP TO YOU OR AN IDENTICAL SIZE BOX TO PROTECT THE RETURN!!!! We stand behind all orders 100% and will replace any defective good at no charge to you at our expense. PROCESSING ORDERS: Allow 5-7 business days to process all orders, plus shipping time. (allow 2-4 weeks on special order items, longer during holidays, on All Boots, Fringed Jacket and Holsters and Belts or other special order items.There are no refunds on CUSTOM MADE items or special orders or any single items ordered in bulk, or dropped ship from the fatory no exceptions.All returns are subject to a 10-25% restocking fee.
